Flash-frozen right after harvest to lock in natural ocean-fresh flavour. The fish skin retains glossy intact scales, with thick, firm white flesh and clear texture. It has tender meat with fewer bones and mild fishy aroma.

Highly versatile for cooking, it tastes wonderful when braised, pan-fried, deep-fried or steamed. Ideal for daily family dinners, holiday feasts and seafood restaurant supplies. Pre-cleaned for easy preparation; simply thaw before cooking. Store continuously at -18°C. Avoid repeated thawing, which will damage the texture and original quality of seafood.
